Michael Farb, the new CEO at Neon One

In today's edition of Software:

Nonprofit software providers NeonCRM and Rallybound merge to form Neon One. The merger adds Rallybound's online and event fundraising tools, and 3rd party solution integrations to NeonCRM's nonprofit CRM platform. The merger coincides with a capital investment (amount not disclosed) from FTV Capital, a private equity firm focused on high growth companies in enterprise solutions, financial services, and payments/transaction processing. Michael Farb joins as CEO, and Robert Wechsler will serve as Chairman. Farb is on the board of Build.org - an education nonprofit focused on high school completion and college and career readiness. He previously served as GM and Chief Revenue Officer at Stack Sports, a tech solution for youth sports leagues, associations, governing bodies, pro teams, and others with 50M users in 35 countries. Wechsler is a payments processing expert, serial entrepreneur, and heads the Wechsler Family Foundation. Press Release
