Teachers are working as Instagram influencers to augment salaries. The teachers are building big audiences sharing photos of their classroom and what happens in it. Many of the teachers became famous from the site Teachers Pay Teachers, an online platform where teachers sell classroom resources they've created such as worksheets and bulletin board decor. They promote their products on Instagram using hashtags like #TeachersOfInstagram, some teachers are growing their audience to over 100,000 followers. One teacher makes $50,000 per year teaching and $200,000 as an influencer. Buzzfeed News
